While individual consultations are always available to both new and existing patients, my treatment programmes are designed for those seeking deeper, continuous support, particularly around fertility, hormonal balance, pregnancy, postpartum recovery and family wellbeing. These programmes provide structured, personalised homeopathic care over time, allowing us to work deeply together. My treatment programmes offer the most cost-effective way to work with me, providing structured ongoing care together with additional support and features beyond individual appointments.

​Homeopathic sessions are completely focused on you and there is no one size fits all approach. You will be given the opportunity to chat through how you are for up to an hour. This is a truly healing experience.

We will work together over a period of months where we will frequently assess progress and ensure that we are heading in the right direction.

I will keep a close eye on how you are doing and we will move through different remedies and change doses and prescriptions as appropriate. My prescription will usually incorporate a combination of personalised homeopathic remedies in pill form and Homeobotanical™ liquid combinations. I will often also suggest nutritional and supplement guidance (Nutritionist endorsed), plus a range of holistic and lifestyle practices all aimed at helping to bring your body back into balance as soon as possible.

WHAT MY CLIENTS SAY
What will happen during a
consultation?
At our first appointment, I will ask you details about your medical history, starting with how your symptoms are affecting you. We will then aim to establish when these symptoms began and work out a timeline from there.

Prior to our first consult, I will send you a Google form to obtain all the relevant background information and medical history, which will be useful for our first session. This first appointment usually lasts approximately 1 hour and I will gather information on your body and your symptoms; the more detail you can give me the better. This will enable me to select the most appropriate remedies for you, helping to rebalance your body, get to the root of your problem and improve your overall health.

After our consultation, I will study your case and choose appropriate remedies. Your prescription, remedies and homeobotanical blends will then be posted out to you within the week and we will have our next full appointment in approximately 1 month.

Prices are inclusive of your appointments, homeopathic prescription, homeopathic remedies, homeobotanical combinations and UK postage. (overseas postage will incur additional costs)
