Payment Terms and Conditions:

  1. Payment methods: We accept payment by credit or debit card through the payment service provider Stripe.

  2. Payment schedule: Usually I require payment in full in advance for my packages and appointments, but I also offer a payment plan where you can pay monthly in advance, in which case a supplementary fee will be chargeable.

  3. If a payment plan has been agreed, you will be held accountable in completing the agreed payments at the agreed times.  If you fail to make any of the payments on the due date then I reserve the right to invoice you immediately for the whole of the outstanding balance of the package fee and payment for that invoice will be due by return.

  4. Refunds: Refunds are available up to 48hrs prior to the initial, follow up appointment or prior to the commencement of a longer term package of treatment. More than 48 hours notice = no fee due, 24-48hrs notice = 50% of the fee due, less than 24 hours notice = 100% of the fee due. Any refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

  5. Once a longer term treatment programme has commenced, no refunds are available. However, there is flexibility to move your appointment to a more convenient time, if my schedule allows. It is an expectation that the appointments will be taken within the suggested timeframe.

  6. Any appointments not taken within the expected timeframe will expire after 1 year from time of payment. No refunds will be given in this scenario.

  7. Fees and charges: We reserve the right to charge a late fee of £50 for any payment that is not received within 7 days of the due date. Interest will accrue on any unpaid balance at a rate of 5% per month.

  8. Dispute resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding payment, we will make every effort to resolve the issue through informal negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, either party may pursue legal remedies.
