Terms and Conditions:

1. Services: Rowena Prescot RSHom provides homeopathic care in accordance with professional standards and best practice. Rowena is a registered member of The Royal Society of Homeopaths (RSHom), reflecting a commitment to high standards of training, professionalism and ongoing development.

2. Payment: Payment is required in accordance with the published fee schedule. Fees for consultations and programmes are typically payable in advance. Payment can be made securely by credit or debit card via Stripe.

3. Payment Plans: Where a payment plan has been agreed, payments must be made on the agreed dates. Failure to do so may result in the full outstanding balance becoming immediately due. A supplementary fee may apply to payment plans.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. More than 48 hours’ notice: no fee. 24–48 hours’ notice: 50% of the consultation fee. Less than 24 hours’ notice: full fee payable

5. Refunds: Refunds are available up to 48 hours prior to an appointment, or the start of a treatment programme. Once a treatment programme has commenced, fees are non-refundable. Appointments within programmes and packages are expected to be taken within the recommended timeframe. Any unused sessions will expire 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise agreed. N.B. The Family Package is designed as a 4-month programme, with a 6-month usage period to allow for flexibility. Appointments for all family members should be scheduled in a consistent rhythm across this time, rather than clustered together, to ensure continuity of care and allow treatment to be reviewed and adjusted appropriately for each individual. Consultations are allocated to each named family member and are not transferable between individuals, or to those outside of the family package. As stated above, all unused appointments will expire 12 months from the date of purchase.

6. Programme Terms: Treatment programmes are designed to provide structured, ongoing support. By entering into a programme, you are committing to the agreed schedule of consultations and payments.

7. Late Payments: A late fee of £50 may be applied to payments not received within 7 days of the due date. Interest may be charged on outstanding balances at a rate of 5% per month.

8. Confidentiality: All personal and medical information will be treated in strict confidence and managed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

9. Medical Disclaimer: Homeopathy is a complementary therapy and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or emergency care. Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate medical advice where necessary.

10. Emergencies: In the event of a medical emergency, please contact your GP, call 999, or attend your nearest emergency department.

11. Limitation of Liability: Rowena Prescot shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of services, except in cases of proven negligence or unlawful conduct.

12. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

13. Changes to Terms: These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available on the website.
