Learn About Rowena

I’m a registered homeopath, former teacher, and mother to two wonderful children. My interest in natural health began many years ago, but it was losing my mother to breast cancer at the age of 21 that changed the way I view health and healing. It led me to explore a more holistic, whole-person approach, one that looks at the body in a more in depth way.

I’m passionate about helping women care for themselves and their families using natural approaches where possible. A large part of my work is about empowerment, helping you to feel confident in understanding your body and knowing how to support it. Through my weekly lives in my Homeopathy Classroom Facebook group  and my monthly masterclasses, I share simple, practical ways to use homeopathy in everyday life.

At home, I aim to reduce unnecessary chemical exposure and enjoy exploring areas such as green cleaning, essential oils and, more recently, biohacking and feng shui. These ideas now often weave into my teaching, offering a broader, more holistic approach to wellbeing.

Before becoming a homeopath, I trained as a teacher, qualifying in 2002, and spent many years in education, including teaching science at a local independent school. In 2019, I moved full time into my homeopathic practice, but continue to use my teaching experience by showing others how to easily use homeopathy at home with their families.

I first discovered homeopathy during a pregnancy yoga class, where I was introduced to a small box of remedies. I was quietly amazed by how much they supported me after birth, and I’ve used them ever since. My own children have grown up with homeopathy as our first line of support, which has only deepened my trust in its gentle effectiveness.

Training & Professional Background

My work is grounded in formal training in homeopathy, supported by continued postgraduate study in using natural approaches to women’s health.

I hold a BA (Hons) from Oxford Brookes University and a Practitioner Advanced Diploma in Homeopathy from The School of Homeopathy.

Further postgraduate training in Homeobotanical and HomeoHerbal Therapy allows me to work using an integrative approach where appropriate.

I maintain an ongoing commitment to professional development through advanced courses, seminars and continued study. This allows my practice to remain current, familiar with up to date research, findings and protocols. I am also currently training as a Nutrition Advisor at The School of Health.

I am registered with The Society of Homeopaths, The UK’s largest group of registered professional homeopaths. They promote the highest professional standards. Membership of the Society (shown by the letters RSHom) is your guarantee of a well-trained, registered and insured professional homeopath.

This training supports my work with women across each stage of their health journey, from hormonal balance and fertility through to pregnancy, postpartum recovery and family wellbeing.

If you feel drawn to a more considered, natural approach to your health, I would be delighted to support you.
